1 lbs Wheat DME
2 lbs Wheat Malt (red)
0.5 lbs Briess Aromatic
0.5 lbs Briess Midnight Wheat
0.5 lbs Biscuit

1 oz Tett pellets @ 60 mins

1 pk Munich and 1 pk WB-06 (cold yeast, afraid of shock, pitched extra)

Steep grains for 30-45 mins, boil wort.

Two gallon boil, pulled slightly early due to the high concentration of sugar.
